Parallel Events 2025

CINEphil_101 is accompanied by cultural events in the city of Heraklion, with the contribution of collaborating organizations.

Participation in the Parallel Events is free of charge (reservation may be required).

01 MUSIC IN CINEMA

The festival's opening ceremony will be accompanied by a live music event featuring compositions from international and Greek cinema performed by the Heraklion Municipal Philharmonic Orchestra in the courtyard of the Heraklion Cultural Conference Center.

02 MOVEMENT IN THE MINOAN WORLD

Guided tour of the archaeological site of Knossos by Dr. Kostis Christakis, Curator of Knossos (VSA). The event is open to festival guests, but reservations will be accepted if there are available seats.
